1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Jyoti Enterprise, managed by . By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the B2B relationship between Jyoti Enterprise and the purchasing entity.
We provide high-quality agricultural commodities, specializing in various grades of rice for domestic and export markets. All transactions are subject to availability and harvest quality standards.
2. Bulk Order Eligibility
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
25 Bags
Standard packaging size: 26kg per bag.
Jyoti Enterprise is strictly a B2B platform. To maintain our pricing structure, we do not accept retail orders below our specified MOQ. Buyers must represent a registered business, retail outlet, or institutional kitchen.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- •Shipping costs are included in the bill amount.
- •Standard delivery timeline: 5-7 business days for domestic, 15-21 days for export.
- •Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, or government regulations.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of agricultural commodities, returns are only accepted if the product is significantly different from the Quality Control (QC) report provided at the time of sale.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse or the milling facility.
6. Limitation of Liability
"In no event shall Jyoti Enterprise or be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific transaction."
